Supporting Black Communities
To take action, we’ve made a significant financial donation of $3,000, split between three organizations that are driving positive change: the Massachusetts ACLU, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and the Boston Black Lives Matter chapter. This is just the beginning – we’re committed to making monthly charitable donations to support underrepresented groups and social change.
Empowering Our Team
This month, we’re taking it a step further by matching any charitable donations made by our 60 employees up to $100 per person. We’ve curated a list of organizations that are making a real difference, and we’re encouraging our team to get involved. By working together, we can create a bigger impact.
Volunteering for Change
We’re also launching a volunteer program with local charities, where we can use our skills to support underrepresented groups in the tech industry. One of our key goals is to create opportunities for people from these groups to join our team. We’re finalizing the details, but we’re excited to get started.
Promoting Diversity in Our Daily Lives
Even in small ways, we can make a difference. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve been sending company gifts to our employees each month. From now on, we’ll be purchasing these gifts from Black-owned businesses, promoting diversity and inclusion in our daily lives.
