Example 1: Convert File to byte[]
To convert a file to a byte array, we need to follow a few simple steps. First, we store the file path in a variable called path
. Next, we use the readAllBytes()
method to read all the bytes from the file and store them in a byte array. This process might throw an IOException
, so we wrap it in a try-catch block to ensure our program remains stable.
The Magic Happens

Reversing the Process: Converting byte[] to File

method to read the bytes from the original file and store them in an array called encoded
.
The Final Touches

class to write it to a new file located at finalPath
. This process is as simple as calling the write()
method and passing in the encoded byte array and the desired file path. When we run the program, the contents of test.txt
will be seamlessly copied to final.txt
.
